Refreshing your browser

Sometimes, for reasons I don't completely understand, the web browser shows an old version of a page instead of a newer version. That's when you need to click the "refresh" button.

Another time is when a page didn't display correctly.

Tutorial: Refreshing the Browser

Steps:
1. Click on the refresh button towards the top of your browser window.
2. That's it.

Printing Email

The tutorial shows:
1. Double click on an email description to view the entire message.
2. Look for the "Print" button on the top row and click on it.
3. Click on the "Print" button in the dialog box that pops up.

How to create a new email message

CreateNewEmail.mov is a brief movie that will show how to create a new email message and enter an email address.

It will take a minute or two for the movie to start. At the buttom of the movie screen there's a time indicator that moves from left to right. You can click on it and move it around...

Mail: Read, Reply, Save

OS X Mail isn't a bad email program, though it could be improved.
